dc.description.abstractLetters announcing a complete study of all assessed values of the Clear Creek Consolidated Independent School District completed by Pritchard and Abbott, valuation engineers of Houston, Texas. This was the first time a scientific equalization of taxes had been made since the consolidation of the four districts and was made in order to eliminate any inequalities on the tax rolls.en_US
