dc.description.abstract | Homoserine has been analyzed quantitatively by gas-liquid chromatography of its N-heptafluorobutyryl isopropyl ester. The method was confirmed by analysis of the soluble amino acid fraction of pea leaves. The possible use of the method for analysis of methionine is discussed. | en_US |
