An attempt was made to retain as much of their original order as possible consonant with enhancing research usability. Most documents are dated between January and July 1972 when the SEB was most active. The documents were arranged in two categories, the first consisting of planning, organization, administration, and management documents, and the second consisting of findings, evaluations, and reports. Within each category the material is filed alphabetically by folder title, and within each folder, documents are filed chronologically. I.
