They consist of correspondence, forms, reports, etc. Included are documents such as procurement requests, procurement plans, notices of intent to propose, determination and findings, etc. The original order of these files has been maintained. Contract file documents were tabbed with a number which refers to a contract file checklist. The checklist is filed in thefront of each contract file folder. The documents in these folders are arranged numerically by the tabbed number. Immediately following the contract files are several generations of the NAS9-14000 contract followed by a folder containing contract draft material.
